Study abroad: Sao Paulo vs Barcelona

I'm debating between Sao Paulo and Barcelona for a semester long study abroad program next year. I am a double major: (finance, entrepreneurship and corporate innovation) at the Kelley School of Business at IUB. Anyone have any experience or general opinions on one or the other? I have a little background in Spanish to work with, but it's marginal.

Factors include:

social/night life (I'm a 21 year old male)
international business environment
cost
how well it will look to employers
friendliness of people
general climate and atmosphere

Any inputs would be really appreciated

Remember, Spanish is spoken as a second language in Barcelona, Catalan being the native language of most of the cities population. Anyway id go for Barcelona… just because its Barcelona!
