<p>Hi - I'm looking for study abroad scholarships for high school students. But I can't find any scholarships that are awarded to students who do not enrolled in a specific study abroad program. Such as AFS Summer and Year Abroad, or AIFS. Do you know of any scholarships that are not tied to a specific program?</p>
