Study Abroad Universities

I'm trying to see which universities in Europe are the best for engineering, particularly mechanical engineering since I'm most liking going in the direction. I would love to go to the UK but if there is a university with a better option somewhere else, then I'll consider it

So far I think these are the best

University College London (UK) - i heard it sucks for mech. eng. though
University of Bristol (UK)
University of Manchester (UK)
EuroScholars - im not sure exactly what this program is about but basically i get to choose a university somewhere in Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, or Switzerland or something and do research there.

I'm looking for the university that will give me the best job options after graduation and that I will enjoy

Is this for a semester abroad or are you looking to study in Europe for your entire undergrad career?

Just a semester, maybe a year

Where are you going to go for the rest of your undergrad? What options do they provide for engineers to study abroad?

I’m at Rutgers new Brunswick right now. And what do you mean by option?

Why aren’t you using the services of the Study Abroad program at Rutgers? They are already partnered with various programs in Europe, including ones for your major. Do they not offer anything you would be interested in?
