Hey, I'm looking for a college that has a study abroad program that travels the entire world. I know that some people like to stay a semester in a country, but I'd like to see the world.
I already know of UVA Semester at Sea, but please tell me if you know any more.

I don’t know of any that travel the entire world, but if you study abroad at Franklin College of Switzerland, they have something called Academic Travel. Basically, you take two weeks out of the semester and go on a school sponsored trip to another place. They always have several options, and they’ve gone to Africa, South America, etc.

I haven’t heard of anything like that, but I know that the D-Plan at Dartmouth allows you to take multiple semesters off for international study/work/internships. Another thing to consider: if you go to anywhere in Europe, it’s very easy to travel to other countries by plane or train. And I often have found that spending more time in one place is a better experience than constantly flying and being uprooted.

At Northeastern, you’d have the opportunity to do the traditional semester abroad, four-five week summer programs, and do international co-ops.
