I just got the chance to spend a year in China studying at our sister school for my Junior year in high school. It sounds like an amazing opportunity and i'm really considering going. They already took care of my standardized tests so I'd be able to take SATs, SAT IIs and also somehow take the AP courses I want to take in addition to my regular Chinese work. I've been studying chinese in school for two years.

My question is will colleges look favorably on this? How much of a boost would it give me? Particularly since I plan on majoring in international relations.

Thanx!
