I have been studying math for about 8 hours today, with a few breaks in between. I like to get a lot done, and I'm motivated, so it's not something I don't want to do. Except, it does take brain power, and I run out after a while.

My problem is: I don't know how to take efficient study breaks. Everyone says get a drink of water, eat a healthy snack, lay down for a second, go for a walk, do a few exercises, have some coffee, watch a little TV.... none of that helps me. I'm still just as tired and wasted from studying all day.

Today I've tried: Starbucks Doubleshot (130 mg of caff., which is 3 times the amount in a diet coke.. http://www.energyfiend.com/the-caffeine-database/ ), about 5 2 minute stretching breaks, about 4 30 minute internet breaks, ~2 cups of trail mix, 1 slice of pizza, 2 Emergen-C energy/vitamin/refreshing packets, a shower..

I do NEED to do this (I have 7 math chapters to review, US Hist 1 chapter review, 3 Spanish chapters to review, and possibly 2 chapters of Chem.. or maybe not). What do you reccomend?
