Study for ACT and SAT together or individually?

I'm planning on giving both the SAT and ACT this year and i was wondering if it was better for me to study for both simultaneously or first study for one and then the other?

Take practice tests for both (they can be found online at <a href=“Downloadable Full-Length SAT Practice Tests – SAT Suite”>The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board; and <a href=“ACT Test Preparation | Test Prep Resources | ACT”>ACT Test Preparation | Test Prep Resources | ACT; - although the ACT test is not quite a full test; if you have the Red book, try one from there). See where you are based on an ACT/SAT concordance table (http://www.act.org/aap/concordance/estimate.html</a>) and study for and master the better test first. If you are a junior, it’s recommended that you first prep for the PSAT, which is in October, since you could be eligible for scholarships and recognition (Google PSAT/NMSQT).

I had always studied for the SAT but when I took the ACT, my score equivalent was higher. 34 ACT > 2200 SAT.
