study guides for USH and Bio M

I took the AP USH test and got a 5 but I forgot a lot about history during this summer. Which study guide (Kaplan, Barrons, etc.) has practice tests that are closest to the real SAT II exam?

For bio, I didn't study it since two years ago so I'm not that confident about it. I need to take the exam in october so I need a study guide that is comprehensive and has details but doesn't cram so much irrelevant and difficult info since I don't have that much time to study (Barron's SATII Physics was total BS... :) they went too far from the actual exam).

i've been told barron's for bio is the best for the sat ii.... opinions?

princeton worked best for me on bio (i got 790)

how hard did you study using the pr book (did you like memorize it) or were you already really well-read with the subject thru like ap bio or something

i had taken ap bio but i think princeton covers everything pretty well as long as you're down to memorize it, which is what i think bio mostly is anyways haha
