Ok, so in my school, we can take 7 classes. next year(senior yr) I am taking
Ap bio
Ap span lit
Ap eng lit
Ap physics
Ap calc bc
Ap psych
Now for my 7th class, should I do study hall or extra ap class? For aps, I have either Econ, euro, or enviro.

But before you answer, consider this, study hall for me won't be slack off time. I am probably going to be a lab aide for chemistry, setting up for the ap chemistry labs that happen after school. I will also probably try to pursue Independent research.

Also, while I'm on the subject, should I switch out ap psych for "better" ap? I heard psych is the "ap for non ap kids". But I really, really like psychology.

I think you should take a study hall. Cut yourself some slack, bro.

This year, I had the option of taking a honor class during 1st period or taking a study hall. I’m a junior.

Taking the study hall was the best decision I’ve ever made. I get so much done in those 45 minutes, it’s insane. I really like having a free period, because it helps me organize my work better the day before. For example, I can spend more time doing SAT stuff, because I know I have a whole 45 minutes to do the math homework I’m supposed to be doing at home.

Go for the study hall, especially since it’s your senior year.

you have plenty of rigor already. a study hall sounds fine

Go with an extra AP class. It wouldn’t hurt, although your schedule is rigorous at the moment.
