During finals week, I regularly got up at 6:00 am to study, since all my finals were on top of each other. Then, the morning before my chem final, I got up at 4:00 am to study. I reread a couple chapters of my textbook and nodded off to sleep a couple times. I hope I never have to do that again, but I wouldn't be surprised if I did.

For $10 cheaper, I could get the sonic bomb alarm clock. But really, $50 on an alarm clock? I'm cheap.

Hey, on Thinkgeek, clocky is only $45.00 (if you get the almond color). And really, clocky speaks in his own clocky language. There's also simply nothing better than naming inanimate objects.

Oh my gahd. You all have amazing schools. Mine's like twenty minutes away, more with traffic, and I have to get there early for extracurriculars. So it starts at 7:15, but I'm usually there 6:35. Meaning I'm up at 5:20. Meaning I'd have to wake up at like three to get anything done. Although, as far as finals go, that might actually work. Since they end at 11...the tiredness might not seep in.

Hmm. I like this idea for studying/ finishing a good book/ pointless worksheets. It might keep me from staying up all night just because I'm constantly falling asleep.

OMG I used to do that all the time. I actually manage my time now, so I don't have to, but I have to wake up at 5:30 everyday and I used to wake up at 4 to do work.

It's fabulous if you can do it, no one's online to distract you and you're like "If I finish this I can go back to sleep", which is a pretty good motivator.

Oh, and my alarm clock is named "Bob the Wobbling Clock". Like, that's what it says on the box he came in, no joke.

I'm really not a morning person, but if I force myself to get up and shower, and have some caffinated tea, I can function fairly well. I find I do better if I just study through the night, or wake up at 2 am or 4 am and go back to bed.

OMG ALL YOU GUYS ARE SO LUCKY!!!!

8 o clock school? JESUS!!

I have to get up at 5 am everyday to catch my school bus about an hour later. It's a real ....bleh.

I wake up at 630 to get on the bus at 730. School states at 830. I envy people who can wake up at 800

I did it all the time last year. I would wake up around 4:30 A.M., and read the textbook for AP Bio if I had a test. I had AP Bio first period so it was easy to remember all the info. Also, when I felt lazy in the evenings (Which was like every single day), I would just go to sleep and wake up in the morning and do it then.

man 5am?....THATS LATE for me i wake up at 1 or 2 school starts at 7 get there at 6:45
usually finish hw after that i am really! hyper :] and can actually get my work done

ps...the radio doesnt have retarted people talking or commercials at 2am :]

Lol, I tried that out. Went to sleep at 4:30 and woke up at 1 AM to begin my day. But then I went back to a normal routine for a while...although I might start doing a 7 - 3 thing again.
