<p>I think it's very possible, but hard. Supposedly you have to fill out tons of forms...you know, the general bureaucratic mess with which we have to deal.</p>
<p>Has anybody had any experience with it? At any school you're going to have to fill out a few forms, but from what I hear, there is a difference of what has to be done based on through whom the program is run, for instance.</p>
