I am about to study abroad for my Spanish degree and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on places I could go that would be very beneficial, cultural, laid back, and fun! I really want to get the most out of my experience!

Check out “Universidad Internacional Menendez Pelayo” located in Santander, Spain.

Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands, Spain. Program through SUNY Stony Brook. The climate and the beaches are unbelievable.

I’m also looking to study abroad in a spanish speaking country and I’ve been using Abroad101 to compare different programs. Here’s the link to programs in Spain but they also have reviews for most other hispanic countries as well.

I have studied in both Costa Rica and Chile and have loved them both. You can’t go wrong with either, and I love the culture of Latin America!
