<p>I have just got accepted into LSP and was wondering if I was required to study abroad. My acceptance letter said "Please be aware that should you accept your offer of admission, we will expect that you spend your freshman year at our global academic center in Paris." I do remember saying this in my application but I was wondering if I am able to get out of it (and do it my sophomore year) considering that I would like to spend my freshman year in NYC.</p>
