<p>it really depends on what you are planning to study. if you really think about, its basically studying in another place, unless you attend some special program or institute. and also, this may be unfair for those who may not be able to afford to study overseas. so i believe the employers will be looking for a special skill or something you have acquired during your studies, if you want to have it towards your own advantage.</p>
