I have the REA USH book, and I'm wondering if studying through that will adequately prep me for the SAT II. Or is the SAT II so different that I need to go out and buy a Princeton Review book or something?

If you study REA, then yeah, it will. I went to the bookstore today, and while I was there, I compared the REA SAT II and AP books, because I have the SAT one, but not AP. The material was pretty much the same, and they changed very little, judging from the first chapter. In fact, the AP book has slightly more information than the SAT book. So I'd say you're good. :)
