Studying for AP World (AP Test + In-class tests)

How do I study for AP World in class and for the AP test?
I have both the Princeton Review and Barron’s books; I’m just not sure which one to use.

I have a general idea of how to study for the actual AP test, but I’m not sure how to study for in-class tests. My teacher isn’t that great, he gives a ton of notes and is really vague on what will appear on his tests. The next one is in a week or two, and it’s going to be multiple choice. Apparently, those are pretty difficult.

For in-class tests, should I just go over the relevant period in Barron’s or PR?

Any help is really appreciated.
