If I start studying now, and I have a ridiculously busy senior schedule, and I haven't taken the ACT yet, and I don't like the SAT, and school starts 8-21, and I really suck at reading and writing, what's the best thing I can do right now?

I still have to take my subject tests because my 1st ones were not good enough.

Would it help to go over like 5 ACT books one by one or just learn the most recent one and take the practice tests.

i'm kind of in the same boat as you, because i didn't do so well on my SAT II's too. I'm trying out the september one and then possibly the october one too, because you can just choose the best one to send without the schools seeing the other ones, I think. So by doing this, you have a better chance. And what I'm doing for studying is just lots of practice tests. I have the PR book (3 tests), the official one (3tests), and then there are a couple online from the website. I just take them and go over what I did wrong, and I increase my score with practice. good luck
