How can you study the whole day without having your vision get worse?? My vision has considerably gotten worse since this year because I usually study over 4-5 hours every day. Sometimes I take breaks but usually I keep studying for at least 2-3 hours continuously. Time flies by so fast that even I don't know when to stop. Seriously, I study something and then I look at the clock and it is already 9 or 10... I really like learning some things and would also like to get good test scores on those subjects. I just don't want my eyes to go blurry. What should I do if I rest every hour?? I don't want to "waste time" when I take a break. I mean I eat like every hour but I don't know what I could do "without looking at anything" but make use of that time.

Can you really blame vision problems on reading?

Mine just got worse over time, probably because my parents' vision is also not that great.

Yes because I've played computer for 5 years and had 20/20 until this year when I quit computer and started reading for hours instead of looking at the screen.

You can't really base your answer off that. You're jumping to conclusions without conclusive evidence.
