Howdy,

The more I read about NYU the more I excited get; I really want to go to a school in such an intellectually vibrant city. However, I'm worried about the tuition--quite a price-tag. I'm coming from a not-so-rich-but-not-so-poor family in California. Because of ELC, I have a very high chance of getting into my local UC and my parents are weary of sending me to such an expensive private school. What do you guys think of my chances for 1) getting into CAS and 2) getting a substantial scholarship?
