Stupid Question: What are the abbreviations on the Common App?

<p>Other than 9, 10, 11, and 12 for grade level, I see PG, FY, SO, and JR. </p>

<p>I imagine PG is post-grad- </p>

<p>Is FY full year, or something? What about the others?</p>

<p>fr year, soph year, jr year (in college). I think it’s so the same form can be used for transfers.</p>
