Here’s a stupid question (probably). If someone applied RD, and Princeton really liked their application, and the RD application met the EA deadline in every respect, could/would Princeton theoretically accept the applicant in the early round? Just curious

I thought your S applied REA to ND. He couldn’t apply to both early as Princeton is Single Choice Early Action.
Well Princeton has been known to send out ‘Likely letters’ to the highest rated candidates in the RD round. But these letters go out well after the early action acceptances are sent out.
