stupid to live on campus - CUNY?

<p>if i live in new york, would it be stupid to live on a CUNY campus, just to get the college feel?</p>

<p>Definitely not. My sister lives on campus of a CUNY and loves it. If she didn’t dorm, she wouldn’t have had the same experience.</p>

<p>I know what you mean Dave. I live in the city too, but I would want to live in a CUNY dorm. But I think they prioritize to students that are out of state and all. =/</p>

<p>Hmm…I don’t know about the CUNY system, but I’ve heard they tend to be largely a commuter schools. Maybe you should take a tour of the dorms and see if you can see yourself living there. Or else, you can get an apartment in the city.
The rent can be a little crazy though.</p>
