Which Ivies, or Ivy level colleges offer substance-free dorms? Specifically, does UPenn offer them? I know that WashU offers them and Harvard doesn't, but I'd like to know about the rest.

Whee, google.

[Residential Programs](http://www.collegehouses.upenn.edu/residentialprograms/info.asp?id=37)

(I assume that’s the UPenn option you were looking for.)

I work for residential programs at Columbia and we currently don’t offer substance-free residence halls. However, I do advise a special interest community of substance-free students (there are only 8 of them and you cannot join in your first year). We’re also expanding our special interest community program, and one of the considerations may be adding substance free floors or areas to a new residence hall, although that may not happen.
