Subject test crazinesss

I am currently applying to UCLA and other UCs as an engineer major. At first, I decided i was not going to take my subject tests because they weren't even required. Although, now, i feel like i have to if i want a chance to get into a school like UCLA. I can take the Math II and probably get around a 700. Although, i am clueless as to which science to take. I am currently in Chem Honors(only been in the class for about 3 months) and i took Physics Honors 2 years ago. I am leaning towards Physics... I think i could pull out something above 600... I know that's terrible, but it's the best i could do. Would it enhance my application to have a subject test like that, or should I just not take it.

By the way, i dont have the option of taking it and not sending it due to the fact that i would take it after i send in my apps. Thanks for any responses.

If you’re not better at either or the other, go for chem. Physics is generally much harder and may take you too long to prep.
