Subject Test Policy Question-Recommended but not at disadvantage

Hi,
According to the new UPenn admissions policy, subject tests are recommended but in fact, the applicant will not be at a disadvantage in the admissions process if he or she chooses not to submit any. I previously read too far into the latter portion of the above statement; in other words, I did not submit my subject test scores to UPenn. However, I’m retaking them for Harvard this month so should I just release those scores to Penn as well? Also, just for clarification purposes, they require all subject tests scores, right? My first times taking them, I experimented with math/science and did not do well. I’m now taking the humanities/ history course and will do significantly better.

Thoughts?
Thanks

I’m not sure if you have to submit all subject tests, but definitely all SAT 1 scores. I took them twice and was admitted. It’s definitely a good idea to submit them if you take it. Although they say it’s only “recommended”, I would still send it in so you stand out from those who did not.

I would send them all.
