Subject Test Self-Report

On the Common App, there is a slot for self-reporting AP/IB/SAT Subject Tests. My question is, do I HAVE to put all of the tests I have taken? I have taken the following tests (no AP offered at my school, so only SAT Subjects):

Bio-E: 760
US History: 770
Math II: 740 (retaking in October)
World History: 640

I should get the Math up to a near 800 in October, and can self-report the highest sitting only. However, do I have to put the World History on the app? I have three other tests, which is the maximum required for any school.

I am applying to one school that requires all tests, so it would seem deceptive to not report the test for that one. However, most schools I am applying to allow score choice, and I could make sure they never see the World History.

So, should I put World History for all of them, or should I edit the Common App before sending it to just the one school that requires all tests?

Thanks a lot!

My understanding is once you send the first school your common ap then you cannot change it but you can save your common ap and make a separate version and change that one. (I don’t know how you do this so you will have to research that)
So you may want to do it that way if you don’t want to sent the history subject test score to all schools.
