Subject Tests and Deadlines

Hey everyone,

I am a home-schooled student from NC working my way through the application process.

Several schools that I would like to apply to require multiple SAT subject tests (four in most cases because of my being home-schooled). So far, I have taken none. Each school has an application deadline of between January 1-15. Between now and then, there is only one test date, December 3rd.

Will I have to take four SAT subject tests in one day? And if so, what if the timing is impossible, or I cannot find one school to offer all four tests?

There is another test date on January 28, but this is after the deadline for each school. Is it possible to take subject tests after the application deadline and still meet admissions requirements?

I'm afraid I have successfully screwed myself over, but it seems that we all think that sometime during the application process!

Thanks so much guys!

You can only take three subject tests in one testing date, that is the limit.
So your only choice would be to take SAT II subject tests in December and January. Check your colleges to see what’s the latest date to send in test scores. Some schools may take scores from January, but not all.
