Subject Tests Required for Admission at Top Colleges

Hi guys!

So Stanford is my top choice college (mega reach I know) and I was planning on taking my SAT Subject Test in Math 2 today but due to failed registration payment, I had to reschedule to November. I’ve already taken the SAT Chemistry and got a 740, I planned on applying early to Stanford but since they don’t accept tests from the November test date, should I hold off till regular decision so I can send both Math 2 and Chemistry and apply to another school early that does? Thanks!

bumppp guys I really need advice

forgot to note, I took Math II last year and got a 660 (had the stomach flu)

Wait until January to apply. Stamford allows you to score choice the subject tests and you can even self report your subject test scores. My D is currently at Stanford and the only score report she sent to Stanford during the application process was from the ACT. Good luck!

will reporting two subject tests make that much of a difference as opposed to one? @Testingearly

010 I think young people should follow their dreams but your scores suggest you might be better off using your ED at someplace besides the single most competitive college in the world unless you have some real hook. Even with perfect or near perfect GPA/Scores almost every unhooked applicant gets rejected.

Subject test scores aren’t even required. 1 is just fine in my opinion.
