I will taking some in dec but considering im not a great test taker i dont expect great results. Are the tests really that important to oberlin or can i just not send them?

i know people who have gotten in without taking subject test scores, but they're "recommended."

My son did not take them. However, he did submit ACT scores which most schools will take in lieu of SAT IIs.

I sent mine in, even though none of my scores were amazing (I think all under 700), and still ended up getting in.

i never took them...
i guess if your high school grades are good enough then it won't make much difference..

but what exactly are good enough grades? I like Oberlin but I don't really know how competitive they are in admissions.

I have a 3.73 unweighted now out of 4, but I don't know the regular weighted because I think they give honors and ap way too much extra points so that itd be higher than 4.0.

Act 28, SAT 740 cr, 630 m, 670 writing (superscored). Would that probably high enough not to send, or should I just risk it and send my december scores?

i had a 3. 75 and 2050....if that helps..
