Ap Literature and AP English...

Due to a start in senior year I'm bombarded with various APs and most subject are fitting just fine but.. Due to unfortunate subject schedule conflict I'm allotted with options of

Ap Physics C if I take AP Literature

and

Ap Physics B if I take AP English.

First problem is: I would really rather take Ap Physics B if I could because I'm not so much into the "sciences" and more of a "liberal arts" guy; howver, since I took Pre-Literature coarse last year I don't want to throw AP lit away. (Besides, I did better in lit than any other english subjects I have ever taken)
I'm comfortable with physics but I just don't like the idea of bombarding myself with the toughest subject in my school T^T..

Second problem is: Both of Ap Physics C and Ap Literature teachers are teachers who have already taught me before but the other two are taught by teachers whom I have never even met before.(Only heard rumors about how they are great as well) My school councelors have contradicting comments that 1) Its great to experience and meet new people and 2) Because its an important year I should stick to people who I already know well about.

The school from my view point is totally unfair about this but because I can't persuade the minds of the majority.. T^T..

Any ideas??

P.S - Bonus: would you take AP economics with no economics background or AP human geography?
