<p>I think for the most part adcoms want to match face with an app so you seem more human...otherwise you're just a bunch of papers. But there is probably a subconscious tendency to favor attractive people...</p>
<p>I think it should be high-quality. I think your application to be as professional as possible, showing that you really care about it. That you actually cared enough to go out to BUY high-quality photo paper.</p>

<p>Last year, I only sent a pic to one school that didn't ask for it, and it was my ED school, and I just printed a color picture on normal paper. I don't think it made a difference at all.</p>
