"Submit all testing scores"

Whenever a college requests that you submit all of your test scores, like for example, this:

Does Harvard consider scores from previous administrations of the SAT, ACT, or SAT Subject Tests?
Yes.

And this:
Penn's response to The College Board's Score-Use testing policy for students is to request the student's entire testing history.

So does that mean that if I took the SAT once (1990), and the ACT once (33), will I have to submit BOTH tests, or only the ACT or the SAT?

Both. 10 char

Lame. Does that mean that I have to raise my SAT score…? Or would they look past it for my ACT score? I’ll assume that they do, but…

Actual rules vary among schools. Harvard in fact allows you to send any scores you want and withhold those you don’t. That it says it considers scores from previous administrations simply means you can send any scores you took any time in high school.

Penn, for admission, accepts the SAT plus two SAT IIs, or alternatively to both of those, the ACT. If you send any SAT or SAT IIs you must send all SATs and SAT IIs. However, if you send ACT, you need to provide all ACT scores but don’t need to send any SAT or SAT II scores.
