One of the colleges I’m looking at makes Letters of Recommendations optional, I should be able to get one no issue, but my question is if I should submit it or not? I read an article a while ago recommending not to, unless it shows some exceptional academic accomplishment that the application didn’t. The reasoning was that the admissions office already has a lot to read over, anything optional should preferably have lots of meaning to them. What’s CC’s opinion?
I think one strong LOR would be helpful, especially if it can provide a bit of a personal touch.
@happy1 I know this is a very late response, but thank you so much! I’ll send one in
