I know this is super late to be asking, but I was wondering if I could submit the application anytime during Nov. 10th. I have it all done, I just need to ask my college counselor a few questions to confirm my decision, and I won’t see her until tomorrow. So, do I have to submit it by the end of November 9th, or can I submit it anytime November 10th? This is very important so I would appreciate any comments!
