Ignore people like that. Whenever I see a YouTube video titled “Why I got rejected from Stanford and Harvard despite these stats,” it greatly annoys me. They’re finding ways to cope with the fact that they just got rejected. The reality is that it’s REALLY HARD to get into schools like these, and you can be a seemingly perfect applicant on paper and get flat-out denied for whatever reason. NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY has a “good” chance at any of these schools unless they’re famous, filthy rich, or both.

Submit. It’s a great score and the 790 is fantastic for math.

1530 is competitive everywhere – submit it.
If you do not, they likely will assume a sub-1450 score. Show them that ain’t the case.
