Submit these SAT 2 scores?

Would you suggest submitting, or not, 760 Literature (94th percentile) and 720 Math Level 2 (66th percentile), SAT Subject Test scores?

ACT was 33 so I don't have to submit SAT subject tests. GPA is 3.6 unweighted in highly competitive Texas high school. Good essays, great teacher recs, and good ECs. No UMR or other legs to stand on.

Will major in humanities or social sciences, not engineering or natural sciences.

Yea definitely.

Math could be higher, but it’s still not a bad score at all.
Literature is pretty dang good in my opinion.

go for it.

Is there data available about the distribution of Emory’s SAT Subject Matter Test scores?

I have seen the middle 50% ranges for the SAT and the ACT, but never for the various subject matter tests.

Would 720 on the Math Level 2 Subject Test be low for Emory humanities or social sciences admits?

It would probably be around average

I’m submitted my 700 on math 2c, 700 on physics, and 770 on world history. Honestly, if it’s 700+, it can’t hurt you at all on Emory. I know that 720 is probably like 60% according to collgeboard statistics, but you have to remember that only the most challenged kids take the SAT subject tests. 720 on math 2c is NOT a bad score at all :)

Hope my opinion helps. If you still feel paranoid about your scores, then just don’t send it. The adcoms told me when I visited that they don’t look at subject test score that much… :P
