Submit versus Download

<p>Okay, I'm wondering: I submitted my app on 11/1/12
but on Wolverine...it says 11/02/12, and common app says it was downloaded 11/02/12.
I don't know whether i made EA. I didn't get an email either. The other thing was that my SAT test scores were recieved 11/09/12, with my other stuff being recieved on the 3rd and 4th of November. </p>

<h2>Some people have been saying that UMichigan needs the stuff by Nov 1st, specially the tests, but i got this from their help site and am confused....</h2>

<p>Did I meet the Early Action deadline?</p>

<p>How will I know if all of my materials were received by November 1 and that I met the Early Action deadline?
Notification is sent out in November by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions via the email address you provided on your application regarding whether or not you qualified for Early Action.</p>

<p>If you did not qualify for Early Action, please check the status of your credentials online via the application status link in the New & Prospective Student Portal on Wolverine Access. Any materials marked Not Received or with a Received By date that is after November 19 were not postmarked or electronically sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by the Early Action deadline of November 1.</p>

<p>I don’t think you made it. I got an email confirming I made EA yesterday (11/8). I submitted my app and test scores on 10/24 and They got my transcript on 11/1. Then again they did extend their ea deadline b/c of the hurricane. (I live in NJ so i got the email but i think the email) but I think the extention applies to everyone. But with ur test scores coming on the 9th u missed the 11/6 extention. That 11/19 date applies to stuff postmarked by 11/1…don’t save it to the last min lol</p>

<p>My situation is similar to yours. Submitted 11/01, common app says downloaded 11/02. I sent everything before 11/01 but it wasn’t received until about a week after the deadline. I never got any e-mail about early action but honestly I think we should be fine, worst case scenario we send them an e-mail proving everything and they solve it.</p>

<p>If everything was sent before 11:59 PM (Michigan time) on November 1, your application will be reviewed as EA. That includes collegeboard sending in your SAT report before that time.</p>

<p>I got an email a few days ago, confirming that I was EA. The best thing to do is email your admissions counselor (you can find out who your designated counselor is on the site),& they should be able to check your file for you</p>
