Submitted a wrong version of supplement?

Hello. Freshman RD applicant of class 2018.
Hours ago, I found that my Stanford writing supplement part on Common App had two essays on a wrong version--not the final one I wanted to submit. Because I was trimming a longer one and and re-adjusting sentences then, one essay had a few embarrassing grammar mistake (e.g. it ended in "Though..., but...."), and sometimes the content flew abruptly. For the second, I'm not sure if the AOs would understand some of the descriptions, and generally my language looked somehow boring.
The essences aren't much different, if any, but that definitely looked not excellent, especially when in the roommate letter I said I had very high standards, would check a lot, and devoted myself a lot in doing my works.
I'm just wondering if I should, or "still" should, ask the AOs whether that'd be serious, lol.

PS: I think why the versions got jumbled was probably because I opened more than one CA4 window at the same time (the same account). Since CA4 only saves information when you enter another page, the data can be just rewritten, covered by the data now....
