submitted my SIR - Housing and Paperwork?

Hi,

I am a transfer student from DeAnza/Foothill community college. I just submitted my statement of intent yesterday, however, it seems I need a net ID in order to apply for housing. I want to get my housing application done asap, so when can I expect my net ID to arrive? I also seem to be unable to submit my statement of legal residence.

Also, what are the deadlines for registering for classes and for the start of the fall 2010 school year here at Riverside?

Thank you for any help, I could not get the exact clear instruction I needed from my.ucr.edu

Blue, congrats on becoming a highlander!

It takes a couple of days if you paid by credit card. It may take a couple more than that if you sent a check. And add an extra one for the holiday. Keep logging onto your MyUCR.

Yes, you need your net ID number to complete your housing application. Perhaps you’re unable to submit your legal residence statement for the same reason. Technically, you’re not ‘in the system’ just yet.

Here is the link for the transfer orientation program: Home

You’ll also need to check your MyUCR and your UCRWebmail periodically (you’ll be able to set up your webmail once you get your net id need your net id).
