I submitted my TAG for UCSD back in October but now ASSIST.org says that I need to take Discrete Mathematics as a required course but I had Calc3 as my planned course on my TAG because my major requires 16units of math so what should I do? When I submitted my TAG, the ASSIST only showed the 2009/2010 year for my major but they JUST recently updated to 2010/2011 and it now says that I have to take Discrete Mathematics...so will this really mess up my chance in getting to UCSD with the TAG? This really sucks because I would have put Discrete Mathematics as a planned course in my TAG but ASSIST just updated a few days ago...I'm really stressing out on what I should do now..any suggestions? :(

You just need to complete your IGETC with an over all 3.0 GPA. Major Pre-reqs are not a requirement for TAG

You will be able to put your planned courses AGAIN in January

UCSD won’t look at your TAG and APP until next year.

So you are completely safe.

actually, if i remember right, they updated them the last week of Sept

Oh okay, thanks so much for your help/responses! :]
