Hi, I submitted my application last night before the January 1st deadline. My counselor sent my transcript before but it always show submitted before. When I checked it this morning it shows downloaded 01/02/2016. Does it consider late?
Submitted is your responsibility.
Downloaded is the university’s responsibility and prerogative. They’re free to download whenever they wish - it has no bearing upon your status.
