So my essay was phenomenal (not pulitzer or anything, just really really good, I worked very very hard on it though) but I had a big booboo. There was only one, but it was the first sentence in the second paragraph was a total fragment. Whether or not I just missed it, or uploaded the wrong version or didn't save it, I don't really know, but whatever.

Will it kill me? I'm applying to schools like Harvard, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Princeton, etc, and I'm slightly worried. I mean the rest of the essay is fantastic, and while it's a fairly obvious error, it doesn't really interrupt the essay in any way...

How much will it hurt? Or will they just look at it and say "ok, it's an obvious mistake but the rest of it is pretty good regardless"?
