Submitting ACT and/or SAT?

SAT:

720 CR + 770 M + 710 W <-- 3/2010
670 CR + 750 M + 800 W <-- 8/2009

Superscore 1490/2290; Single sitting 2220

ACT:

35 Composite. 35 English, 36 Math, 36 Reading, 33 Math, 32 English/Writing combined (9 essay).

The concordance is a 1560/2300.

I'm definitely gonna submit the ACT.

However, should I also submit the SAT with it since the 800 in Writing offsets the 32 English/Writing? If I was going to submit the SAT, should I just submit the 8/2009 one or both?

I'll be applying to the Ivy's, etc. if it makes a difference.

Thank you in advance.

If you submit all of your standardized tests than colleges will only look at your best scores, but I would rather submit everything so they can compare the superscored SAT to your ACT and see which one they prefer (most likely ACT in this case.)
