Submitting All SAT II Scores, But Not Self-Reporting All?

So, I took the French SAT II twice, but my second attempt was lower than my first. I only reported the higher score on my Common App, but I went ahead and submitted all scores (including the two French scores) to a few colleges, none of which required me to self-report/submit all of my scores. Should I avoid doing this going forward?

This is probably my deadline neuroticism talking, but I thought I’d ask anyway.

I would avoid doing that. If you feel you Must send the SAT IIs only send the good ones unless they require all.
