Submitting All Scores

So I am planning on applying to Cornell university and sending both my sat and act. However my school made everyone take the sat and act in school. In those two i scored low getting a 1330 and a 26. However when i took both later i got 1600 and 36. Will those scores hurt me. I got that low because I basically blew it off and needed to focus on my classes.

As you are apparently aware, Cornell requires you to send all scores in the situation you describe, so you do not have the option to withhold any of your tests. Cornel, like other colleges, will use your highest test scores to determine admission and thus your lower test scores will not be used against you.
