Hey guys! From what I have learnt abstract is something that goes with a research paper but I was thinkinh of submitting one without. These are the circumstances: I am writing about a problem I had, some introduction, the procedure how I used to solve it(solved using computers, writing tools and language used) and whether it was successful. I was thinking of including it in the Supplementary material. What do you guys think? Should I send it?

What you are proposing is not an abstract. It’s a description of a project you’ve done, apparently involving computer programming. This could be listed as Activity, but is not something you should spend a lot of time in the Add’l Info section describing. I’d suggest devoting a sentence or two, at most, to the description. Also, some colleges require a supplemental essay where a description of a project like this could be a basis for a response.
