<p>My counselor is doing his recommendation in paper. However, on CommonApp it shows that he has not submitted it, obviously because he is not doing it online.</p>

<p>I think you mentioned your counselor's email address while filling the details in the school forms invite section... IF you do that, it assumes you are getting them filled online... Delete and fill that section again without the email addresses and it will be fine.. then it will just give u a link to print the school forms for offline submission.</p>
