Submitting applications, but taking ACT again

<p>Most applications require you to list your scores for standardized tests. </p>

<p>However, I am planning to take the ACT again, and a third time if necessary. </p>

<p>Should I submit the application with my newer scores, which will be in November? Or can I just list the date of my testing and still submit the application, and THEN when I get my new scores, send the Score Reports to the colleges?</p>
