Submitting CC Transcripts

I took a CC course over summer to fulfill a breadth, but I just realized I have no idea how to submit the transcript to Cal. Can I request a hard copy of the transcript and give it to my advisers or is there a formal process?

It varies by CC, so call your CC’s administration. For example, at my CC we have a website devoted to transcript sending.

When I sent mine, all I did was tell my c.c. to send an official transcript straight to Berkeley (there was a form to fill out, and it cost about 10 bucks).

Actually, I’m wondering whether there’s something I can do at Berkeley to submit a transcript rather than do something at my CC. Does my question make sense? Like, I have a copy of my transcript and I’m taking it up to Berkeley; is there anything I can do on-campus? Sorry for my ambiguity and thanks for your responses :D

inconnu: unless the hard-copy you have of your transcript is offficial i doubt they would use it for your official berkeley transcript…transcript policy varies from cc to cc. maybe try asking someone who works in the admissions office at your cc about how it works…in fact, i believe the first 2 transcripts will be free because of some educational title code in CA

confused by your question, but maybe this should help:
