<p>One of my recommenders won't be able to finish his evaluation before a couple of days before January 1. However, I want to submit my app quite soon to avoid the New Year's Eve rush. Is it possible to submit the application without the recommendation, and then the college will receive the rec when my recommender submits it?</p>

<p>is rec letter from common app the same with the school form? i submitted my app but the school materials are including rec letter. will the common app send the form directly to the emails of my counselor and teachers and let them fill out?</p>
